Discovery Extended Care (DEC) focuses on nurturing children's creative, emotional, physical, and academic skills through a variety of activities. These include art, cooking, engineering challenges, science, writing, reading, homework support, personal projects, and both structured and free outdoor play. Our program is designed to support students' overall development in and out of structured learning environments. We are committed to providing a safe, comfortable environment where students can play, learn, explore, and create.

Discovery Extended Care understands that students require individualized care. The staff is dedicated to providing age-appropriate activities and to working closely with families to offer personalized support. This includes study time (middle school students) with school-supplied technology (as needed), outdoor games and activities, and student-directed projects.

We are community-focused and will work with our school administrators and staff to ensure that every child, regardless of financial circumstances, receives quality care. To that end, financial assistance is available.
